Time to taste the 2005 Vintage.
First thing we noticed: LESS aromatic in the nose !
Very similar to the 2004 version, but somehow less complex, less creamy, and indeed less aromatic.
Still an amazing quality, but somehow this beer was not that good as our first 2004 Pannepot.
The reason ?? We don't know ........
