The Vintage 2004 has aged with grace and tasting was a phenomenal experience.
Very Caulier yeasty, which means fruity and alot of estery accents.
Such a soft mouth/tongue feeling !!
Like an angel pissing on your tongue. A heavenly observation.
Complex, creamy, dense, sweet, chocolaty, roast malty, fruity, spicy, fresh, etc.....
A mixture of all good things, and amazingly this beer didn't feel like a 10 vol% one.
Dangerously drinkable, that's for sure....
